    We were very unhappy about the water being bad. We could not drink it. Costa good deal to buy that much water. The plumbing was not working properly when wfe got there. It was fixin in a few days. Otherwise everything was fine. Clean and comfortable.

    myself and 11 others rented this house for memorial day weekend 2010. it is your typical beach house. it has a good sized deck out back which is wonderful seeing as this house is front row. the beach is super packed for memorial day almost every year and the deck allowed us to enjoy the beach without being in the fray all day. we could escape back to the house to sit and soak up sun.

    i might also add that the house was super easy to clean upon leaving. laminate wood in the bed rooms and vinyl in the "great room" made for easy cleaning. also, unlike most beach houses that i've rented, this one was roach free! not a single roach in 4 nights.

    the only complaint i have is lack of storage for food in the kitchen. we had 12 people there, each bringing their own food for 3 or 4 nights. there was not sufficient space to store it, so it had to go on the counters. this is not a huge deal but it would be nice to have a good sized pantry and maybe a second fridge/freezer for those larger gatherings. this would eliminate clutter on the counters.

    teh brannan staff were super friendly and very helpful as well.
