General Information

- Our beach homes are fully furnished and equipped for light housekeeping
- Not all houses allow pets. Those that do, require a $100.00 fee.
- We DO NOT rent to parties or minors.
- Rates are based on sleeping capacity.
- If the house is being abused or used by more than the stated sleeping capacity, you may be evicted without a refund.

Reservation Payments
|
|
|
- 10% Hotel - Motel Tax Plus $30 Processing Fee.
- Balance of all rent & tax due at check-in.
- We accept Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express and Checks.
- Out of State Checks must be received in 2 weeks prior to check-in day.

Reservation Deposit
|
|
|
- When you reserve a house, we must receive the appropriate deposit within 10 days.
- Reservations made within 7 days of check-in must be confirmed at time of reservation.
- Amount of pre-paid rend is required (40 % of base rent).
- Out of State Checks must be received in 2 weeks prior to check-in day
- At the time of reservation confirmation (when you pay your deposit), we must receive a valid credit card number belonging to the person who made the reservation and who is assuming responsibility for the rental.
- In lieu of a credit card number, you may pay $300.00 as a security deposit for your reservation.
- Amount of pre-paid rend is required (40 % of base rent).
- The person who reserved the property and supplied the credit card number or cash as security will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check in.

Security Deposit
|
|
|
|
Your full security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your check out date only if:
- You abide by the rules and regulations, listed in our brochure given to you before,check in, as agreed to for your rental.
- You leave the house at least in the following condition:
- All trash removed to the outside containers.
- All dishes washed and put up.
- Floors swept and vacuumed.
- If you use our laundry option, please place all sheets, pillow cases, washcloths, and towels in the provided bags.
- Neither you nor your guests drive or park on any grassy area. Each house is served by a septic system and damage to them can be very expensive.
- There is no excessive damage or cleaning required because of your rental.
- All keys must be returned.

Holiday Reservations
|
|
|
- All Holidays, except July 4th, include four day rentals and can be made in advance at any time.
- July 4th Weekend (if available) reservations must be made 2 weeks in advance.
- Major Holiday Rentals must be paid two full weeks prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy
|
|
|
- Reservations that are cancelled will receive a refund only if the house has been rented to someone else for the original amount.
- A cancellation fee of $ 20 will be deducted from your refund and the refund will be returned 30 days after your original check-out date.
|
|
|
|
Reservation Changes
|
|
|
- If your original reservation is changed by house or date a $ 20 fee will be charged.
- we reserve the right to refuse a reservation change if the change will cause vacancy that cannot be filled by a later reservation.
- A $ 25 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNED CHECK.
