Had such a good time! The weather was perfect and the water temperature was great too! The house was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect!!

Easy, quick, fast and affordable family vacation. Friendly staff. Beach house was clean, good location and plenty of fun

We enjoyed the stay at Jetty Sunrise very much. The house was clean and had amazing views.
Only complaints would be to please supply hand soaps, kitchen soaps and bath soaps like most hotels would. I’ve rented plenty of other beach houses and that was always taken care of. There was also only on patio chair to go with the picnic table. Fortunately we brought 6 beach chairs, but a lot of families wouldn’t. To enjoy that view, you want to sit and relax.
Other than those two things, we loved the house.

Lovely home right on the beach in Surfside. This rental is located close to the Jetty where there is no vehicle access to the beach making this part of Surfside less crowded and quieter. There is no dune separating the house from the beach so you're close enough to see your family playing in the surf and walking back to the house is super easy, ideal location for families. They recently installed a foot wash on the balcony so we don't track in so much sand. Our biggest issue was neither television worked upstairs. They attempted to fix the issue by updating direct TV but it did not work. I suspected the satellite dish itself needs to be replaced since it is extremely rusted. Also, the downstairs bathroom sink was partially clogged so it would take awhile to drain. We would consider renting again, but maybe bring a firestick to have a functional television.

Great location on the Pedestrian Beach (no cars) and near the Jetty. We could watch the ships go by. The front door didn't close completely when not bolted. We had young kids and they could push the door open. The AC vents in the bedrooms didn't work. We had to keep our bedroom doors open to get them cool.

Good was disappointed didn't have Wi-Fi no tv.

Started off pretty weird but got better. Had no linens for the first night. Slept in blanket from car. No towels so no shower. None of the numbers called were answered. Next morning went to office and told them and suggested they should make some type of compensation. They replied well you had the house!! Finally got linens 2 hours later.
Finally settled in and enjoyed rest of our stay.

The house and location was great for us. The only thing that sort of sucked was that because it was on the free beach area, there were people always under our house and just in front of it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was perfect!

House was great, right on the beach. You cannot drive on the part of the beach. Just walk out of the house and enjoy the sand and water. AC was not working very well, called and maintenance was there in about 30 minutes and fixed the problem

This was our first time staying at a beach home. Our overall experience was great. My family loved the home, it was very spacious and clean with a great view. The only negative was of course the water situation, but if you plane your meals out there should be no problem. I will rent again.

House was awsome

You know what they say: location, location, location! Great location! Right on the beach! No cars allowed on that area. Right next to the Jetty where the ships come in! There was a smell of smoke or marijuana when we arrived. I suggest you have a water faucet installed and deck chairs.

I love stay here, this is my second time. I will continue to stay here, is the perfect location.

We have come to the beach for over the last 45 years and the accommodations have always been excellent to fair but this year the accommodations were less than we expected. The dishwasher never worked,,although I reported it four times twice I came down to Brannan‘s and there was never anything done about it that was disappointing . Add request we were given a new CanOpener because the CanOpener didn’t work. The dishwasher was a major disappointment the other is just minor inconvenience but it just seemed like this year we did not receive The friendliness

It was an awesome stay , perfect location literally on the water. Beds were comfortable, AC was very cold . Watched 4 beautiful sunrises . My only complaint was all the out of towners trying to set up shop under the house. Numerous times we ran ran people off then would look at you all crazy ... we planning for the next 2 yrs more graduations.

Unit was clean and nice. I found it odd there were no trash liners/bags furnished. There was no outside trash can for this unit.The light on the coffee maker was out and did not have an auto turn off-possible fire hazard. The ac went out on our last full day but thanks to Billy, it was fixed within 2 hours.(kudos!)
Super nice place!! But be aware on the weekends lots of people set up on the public beach with grilling, drinking and battle of the radios.
Next time we will choose a quieter place but if people don't annoy you, it's a great place.

We had a great time! The house was a great surprise. Arriving, we realized we were right on the sand! It was so nice having the opportunity to sit on our deck and watch the kids play. The house was so clean, and the decor was so relaxing. We love coming back to Surfside.

This place is awesome. It sits right on the beach so you have quick and easy access to the beach and the water. The house is perfect for a family get together. I will for sure be staying here again in the near future.

Our Family very much enjoyed the beach house on the beach front during their week stay. The house was very clean with all of the comforts of home at a fair price! The ladies very much so enjoyed the sun, warm waters of the beach and the all of the home features. The men enjoyed all of the surf fishing, several species were caught every day in the surf morning and in the evening! Everything worked just fine inside the home including appliances, televisions and the HVAC. Cooking inside and grilling outside (gas grill provided)went very well! Our family met in this home to attend a large family wedding in Angleton just 30 to 40 minutes away.We would recommend this rental vacation home to anyone.

This is a great location. We wanted to spend a week with family in honor of our 50th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed . The view of the surf, boats, birds and people was fantastic.The morning sunrise was gorgeous and the surprise display of fireworks Wednesday evening was very beautiful (tried to make my wife think I had planned it all for her), but don't think she bought that. We relaxed all week and have added many good memories to our past 50 years.

It was a great 7 days. We decided 2 weeks before to look for a place to stay and this was available. One of the few places with a walk over the dunes bridge. Nice and new...plenty of cold a/c. Only one drawback was the outside faucet to hook a water hose outside had a lock on it but we just tried to rinsed stuff off in the outside shower.

We have turned our Thanksgiving into a family tradition at the beach. This year we stayed at the Jetty Breeze. We had seven people for 4 bedrooms and 10 beds. Plenty of room I only wish there was a half bath downstairs because We were upstairs and had to climb the steps each time. I would also get a dropbox as I had to leave the keys on Sunday on an open shelf. Overall great time and I would highly recommend using Brannon.
