Enjoyed our stay as we always do. The only issue was the coffe maker didn't work. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Great time spent. Everyone was very satisfied with the house. Will book it again for the same time next year.

We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for a group of 14 adults. Really enjoyed waking up to the beach. Loved having 2 refrigerators giving us plenty of room for food and drinks. Checkin was super easy. Instructions are clear. Would stay again with large group.

Staff was great to work with in making reservations as well as having more than enough linens and bath towel/wash cloths! Very clean and provided a broom for us to sweep up sandy floors. We had 18 total w/7 children and 11 adults. Kitchen appliances, etc. more than adequately provided for! We did bring extra paper plates/utensils but these were not needed. A box of garbage bags were needed with our group with trash container just down stairs from house. House is located right on the beach! Loved having space for all of us! Cutely decorated! Will be back!

We were at Surfside for Go topless jeep weekend. We had a large group and we all had our own king bedroom and bathroom! The kitchen is perfect for a large group with two refrigerators and two dinning tables. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be renting this house again next May.

This was the second time we've rented The Sea Mansion. This time it was for my two sisters and our caregivers/daughters. Having tbe ramp was definitely a blessing because we are senior citizens. The home was clean and everything was in working condition. Everything we needed was easily accessible...and the view was spectacular! We've been going to Surfside for 16 years now and we will definitely be back.

The Sea Mansion was the ideal place for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we had nothing but a fabulous time. The house sleeps 24 just fine. The house itself was very spacious and allowed for us all to be in the same area. We enjoyed the “kids” space upstairs where that had their own Den area. The Sea Mansion was everything we needed for our family to have an enjoyable week. The beach access was short walk and easy and the house was close enough to the beach that it was easy to see everyone from the balcony. We have been to Surfside for many many years and this is by far one of the best houses that was able to accommodate our whole family. The property management made our check in an check out very smooth and called us as soon as our house was ready . Highly recommend The Sea Mansion for your Surfside vacation. Thank you for a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit.

The location was absolutely beautiful with ocean views... right on the beach. The house was very spacious, plenty of room for everyone.
We had an amazing time making memories with our family. The wheelchair ramps were very helpful. There was also a large bedroom on the main level with a private bathroom.

Be sure to bring your own hand soap and paper goods. You also have to make your own bed. Clean linens were provided. Plenty of towels were also provided.
The kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked it, but the rest of the house was pretty clean.
I would definitely stay here again!

We rented this house for a 3-family vacation with kids ranging from 5-15 years old. Rooms and kitchen was very spacious to accommodate everyone. I appreciated the upstairs game room with secondary TV setup.

We are regular renters from BRRI. This experience was, again, very good. We did have two maintenance issues, which is to be expected, but they were handled timely by BRRI. Just a note, if you don't like crowds, avoid during July 4!!!

Our family visits Surfside each summer for a get together of all the sisters, their children and grandchildren. We also include some long time friends. The house is certainly large enough for our herd of folks and three living areas and two large dining tables cover all our needs. The management company was quick to come to our aid when a ceiling fan motor conked out. The deck is large enough to hold several small kiddie pools for our younger members who are not quite ready for the ocean. This is a good place to spend a week relaxing at the beach.

We loved everything about our vacation; the hoise was great it had everything we needed and the amenities were amazing !!!!!!

Our time at Sea Mansion was an incredible experience. The house was well maintained and orderly, and was a cozy stay for our group. The people of Bluewater Resort Rentals went out of their way to accommodate and make our stay an excellent experience.

Wonderful location, beautiful view, spacious inside and outside. Definitely would stay again in the same house. Excellent stay and weekend. I did have to call and get he light to work in the kitchen the first night that was over the table, which was very important due to the games we played. Maintenance showed up with the 30 min of my call. Excellent job, very nice and respectful man.

Although our music was at a respectable level and clean lyrics, our neighbors complained and called the police during the graduation/ Memorial Day weekend. Both are occasions to celebrate. I would suggest segregating the rentals- individuals that come to relax from those that want to celebrate. There is also a fee for everything- not stripping the beds and placing comforter back on the beds, not placing sheets and towels in the laundry bag inside of laundry room, overfilling trash cans, not vacuuming before leaving. Once I got pass the fee list, 2 visits from the police, and 1 visit from the office manager, I enjoyed my vacation. The house was spacious and in great condition.

We rented Sea Mansion in 2009 for my son's graduation weekend. We were very impressed with the house (and the price was reasonable for the number of bedrooms. We were looking for a beach front house for a family get together in 2016, the house has had some updates completed since we were there in 2009.

While Brannan's can't control nature, this past week was one of the best in the 40+ years we have been going down. The beach was completely free of seaweed, the waves were great (if you like to jump and body surf), the water temp was cool, the breeze kept the mosquitoes away and there was only a 5 minute shower. Wow!!! As to Brannan's, they provided a house that was clean, functioning and enjoyable. The larger houses are showing some wear, but it is apparent that Brannan's is working to make repairs/update. The house we were in was getting new hardi siding and a paint job. No workers while we were there (good), but some exterior light fixtures were not working due to the repair work. I mention this so people know there is some work going on so everything might not work, but you won't have workings in your business either during your week at the beach. I expect by the end of the summer, and for sure by next year, the exterior will be very nice and all fixtures will work.

This beach house is great and in a wonderful location. We rented a smaller home that was actually on the beach, but tropical storm Bill blew a couple things away while we were there. We called management and they were wonderful. They moved us to this big beautiful home and made sure we were ok.

The Sea Mansion was pretty awesome. Its way too big for 2 people. After arriving around 9pm at the first house we rented and finding it being used by small critters we got a hotel room our first night. We went in the next morning to talk to the folks at the office about the state of the first house. They were very apologetic and put us in the Sea Mansion. It was definitely an upgrade from the first one. I would stay here again for sure.

We rented the house next to Sea Mansion for a family reunion. Then, when my daughter decided to get married that week, we rented the Sea Mansion for the weekend for guests. Both places were outstanding for our purposes. Some pointers for newbies. If you plan on cooking a lot, bring some sharp knives for use in the kitchen. Second, remember a lot of people means a lot of trash to be cleaned up. The checkout day was very busy and the trash cans filled up to the max.

We had no problem accomodating our families and pets. We enjoyed the visit.

We stay at this house every January. This year the floors needed to be swept. My biggest complaint was lighting. we had to go buy lightbulbs & change 4 spots. Also, the outside lights were out. They need to be checked by housekeeping. Overall, great place w lots of room!

Two outlets in the kitchen did not work. House was clean, but certainly could have been better. Not a Brannan problem, but perhaps Surfside Beach should develop some type of seaweed clean-up program.

This was our 18th time to stay at Surfside Beach for our family reunion. We have stayed in a variety of homes, but my family all agreed this was the "BEST ONE EVER". The home was beautiful with plenty of room. It was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Of course it helped that the weather was really great and the water was nice and clear. It was a great family time for us.

This is one of the best houses we have rented at Surfside. It has a great layout and a lot of downstairs living area for a large group to socialize in.
Several in our group remarked on how comfortable the beds were.

The property looked very nice and visitors were very impressed with it and the location. The water had a funny taste and on sitting would turn yellow. We used bottled water and thought it was related to Hurricane Ike. We enjoyed the house and the upstairs balcony was a bonus we used to watch sunrises.

I have rented a property from Brannan for the past four years, not all the same. I have found each property to be in excellent condition, and the one time we did have an issue with a gas leak, someone was there within a half hour to solve the problem. The reservation and payment system is about as easy as it gets. Our family is looking forward to being back in October!Thank you.

I love Brannan Resort Inc. for their excellent, friendly customer service. Sea Mansion is very large, bright and beautiful beach house. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The house is perfect for a family vacation and I would love to rent it again for my next vacation.

We had a great stay the only complaint was the quality of the stove. It was difficult to cook with burners that did not work and the oven temperature was unpredictable. We had a wonderful stay other than that and will do it again.
