Tuscan Sun is located at 125 Driftwood in Surfside Beach, Texas 77541. Unit comes with the following: Central A/H, microwave, washer/dryer, TV's, BBQ pit, dishwasher, outside shower, Linens included in all rentals, Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. .Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents. Renter is responsible for putting linens on beds and taking them off upon leaving. (Outside elevator not for use by renters)

We have stayed at many properties with BRRI,and completely satisfied.but this home was by far the worst ever experience.The home had major water issues, foul smelling, and black in color coming out. The location is not desirable due to cars parking in front of home on beach, blocking beach access for renters. There are other properties that are far better. I would not recommend this property until owners repair this.
